Bring Indian Visual & Performing Art Events, encourage sponsorship & participation of local popular events especially in the arts, organize & participate in volunteer events (E.g., Habitat for Humanity, Community Family Services, Community Assistance Center)

• Plan for participation in Woodlands Waterway Art Festival in 2024
• Organize Volunteer Event with “Community Family Services” to distribute food items (Rama, Kalyani)
• Arrange “Habitat for Humanity” volunteer days for HTW volunteers (Raghuram)
• Arrange “Meet Firefighters & Policemen Day at HTW” (Neeti)
• Yoga Days
• International Days in local schools

Specific Outcomes for 2024:

• 2 artists identified for participation from HTW to participate in Woodlands Waterway Festival in 2024
• “Community Family Services” event organized for food delivery with at least 10 HTW volunteers <DONE – YC Community Family Center food distribution on July 21>
• “Habitat for Humanity” event organized with 15 HTW volunteers <IN PROGRESS for Nov.2>
• Stretch Goal: Follow-on event planned for early October – we will look for painting or landscaping (kids) opportunities
• Organize “HTW Firefighter & Policemen Day” <DONE – with Firefighters/EMS, TBD with Police>
• Baker Hughes Yoga Day <DONE>
